Manpower Minister: Religious Holiday Allowance Payment No Later Than H-7 Eid, Cannot be Installed

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Manpower Minister Ida Fauziyah emphasized that the payment of the Religious Holiday Allowance (THR) must be paid by employers to their employees at least one week before Lebaran. This was announced on Wednesday (3/13).
Minister Ida also said that companies must pay the THR in full and not in installments. She admitted that she will immediately issue a circular regarding the THR payment at the beginning of Ramadan this week.
The Ministry of Manpower will also reopen the THR office to facilitate complaints from both workers and employers regarding THR payments. (DHITA/ DKD)
