Resep Kolak Labu Kuning Beras Ketan, Inspirasi Menu Buka Puasa

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Bulan puasa tinggal menghitung hari. Menjelang Ramadan, Anda dapat mengumpulkan beragam sajian sebagai menu sahur hingga buka puasa.

Salah satu menu buka puasa yang wajib masuk daftar adalah kolak. Sajian ini dapat dikreasikan dengan bermacam bahan, termasuk labu kuning dan beras ketan.

Simak resep kolak labu kuning beras ketan seperti dikutip dari Cookpad Indonesia berikut ini.

Bahan-bahan:

1/2 buah labu kuning (secukupnya)

2-3 gula merah

2 sdt garam

1/4 sdt vanili bubuk

2 lembar daun pandan

500 ml air

500 ml santan

3-4 sdm tepung maizena (untuk pengental)

Bahan beras ketan:

500 gr beras ketan (secukupnya)

1 lembar daun pandan

1/2 sdt garam

Sejumput vanili bubuk

Secukupnya air

Langkah-langkah pembuatan:

1. Siapkan air, gula aren dan daun pandan, rebus hingga mendidih dan gula larut.

2. Setelah mendidih, masukkan labu kuning yang telah dicuci bersih dan dipotong-potong.

3. Beri garam dan vanili bubuk, biarkan hingga labu matang.

4. Sambil menunggu labu matang, larutkan tepung maizena dengan santan.

5. Tuang larutan maizena dan santan aduk rata, masak lagi hingga santan mendidih. Jika sudah matang matikan api kompor.

6. Masak beras ketan dengan sedikit air, beri garam dan vanilli serta daun pandan.

7. Jika sudah mendidih dan air menyusut, kukus hingga matang.

8. Sajikan.
