Bahan-bahan:

  • 2 buah pisang kepok, kukus terlebih dahulu sebentar
  • 1 buah ubi kuning ukuran kecil
  • 5 buah kurma
  • Sedikit gula merah (sesuai selera)
  • Sedikit garam himalaya (boleh ganti garam biasa)
  • 1 sdm fibercreme (boleh pakai santan)
  • 1 lembar daun pandan
  • 1 batang kecil kayumanis
  • 1 buah cengkeh
  • Air


Langkah pembuatan:

  1. Siapkan bahan, potong sesuai selera pisang dan ubi yang sudah dicuci bersih, sisihkan.
  2. Rebus gula merah daun pandan kayu manis dan cengkeh.
  3. Masukkan ubi, setelah agak empuk masukkan pisang dan kurma.
  4. Kemudian tambahkan fibercreme, dan sedikit garam, cek rasa.
  5. Setelah cukup pas rasanya, matikan kompor, kolak siap di hidangkan, selamat mencoba.
