Resep Tumis Bayam Jagung, Menu Praktis untuk Sahur

Bahan-bahan:
1 ikat bayam
1 jagung (jangun manis lebih baik)
3 bawang merah
2 bawang putih
Langkah pembuatan:
1. Siangi dulu bayam dan jagung, kemudian cuci.
2. Iris-iris bawang merah dan bawang putih.
3. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan jagung dan tambahkan air. Jangan lupa tambahkan sedikit gula, garam, penyedap, dan lada agar lebih nikmat.
4. Jika jagung sudah matang, koreksi rasa.
5. Terakhir masukkan bayamnya dan jangan masak terlalu lama. Sekiranya bayam layu, matikan kompornya.
6. Tumis bayam jagung siap disajikan.
