- Es batu
- 1 sdt selasih
- 1 buah jeruk nipis
Langkah pembuatan:
- Belah timun, buang bijinya dan serut menggunakan parutan keju.
- Rendam selasih hingga keluar selaput.
- Iris jeruk nipis tipis-tipis pastikan beli jeruk nipis yang berkulit mengkilat dan tipis agar tidak getir.
- Campur serutan timun, irisan jeruk nipis, selasih, sirup dan air. Tes tingkat kemanisan yang diinginkan.
- Tuang di gelas beri es batu. Sajikan.
