Resep Es Kolang-kaling Kasturi, Segar dan Nikmat untuk Buka Puasa

Pembuatan minuman ini tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. Es kolang kaling yang menyegarkan membuat buka puasa Anda dan keluarga tercinta kian nikmat.

Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gr-1 kg kolang kaling, cuci bersih (potong 2 supaya tidak terlalu besar)
  • Secukupnya sirup marjan merah coco pandan
  • Secukupnya madu
  • 3 sdm gula pasir (disesuaikan)
  • Daun pandan
  • Secukupnya Selasih
  • Secukupnya air
  • 100-200 ml perasan Jeruk sonkit/lemon kasturi (sesuaikan keasamannya)
  • 20 jeruk sonkit/lemon kasturi, iris/potong-potong
  • Es batu
  • 1-2 gelas air minum


Langkah pembuatan:

  1. Rebus kolang-kaling dengan air mendidih sekitar 10 menit, tambahkan gula pasir dan daun pandan.
  2. Buang air sedikit, masukkan sirup marjan, aduk rata masak hingga semua warna merah merata (5 menit). Dinginkan.
  3. Campurkan madu dengan perasan jeruk dan potongan jeruk sonkit/lemon kasturi.
  4. Masukkan campuran jeruk ke dalam bahan kolang-kaling, tambahkan air minum, selasih dan es batu (koreksi rasa).
  5. Sajikan. Selamat mencoba.
