Resep Tumis Cumi Asin Kacang Panjang, Sajian Nikmat untuk Buka Puasa

Bahan-bahan:

  • 100 gram kacang panjang
  • 120 gram cumi asin
  • 100 ml air
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • Sejumput lada putih bubuk
  • 1 sdt bumbu dasar tumis

Bumbu iris:

  • 1 buah cabai merah keriting
  • 1 buah cabai hijau besar
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 3 siung bawang merah


Langkah pembuatan:

  1. Siapkan bahannya. Cuci bersih kacang panjang, potong-potong.
  2. Rebus kacang panjang 10 menit buang airnya, tiriskan. Rebus cumi, lalu buang airnya, bilas dengan air bersih. Tiriskan. Iris semua bahan bumbu iris. Tumis hingga harum dan layu.
  3. Masukkan cumi, garam, gula pasir, lada putih bubuk dan air. Masak hingga air agak asat.
  4. Tambahkan kacang panjang yang sudah direbus. Aduk rata. Matikan api. Koreksi rasa.
  5. Sajikan. Selamat mencoba.
