Resep Bakwan Tiga Sayur, Nikmat untuk Buka Puasa

SEAToday.com, Jakarta-Ada beragam santapan yang biasanya disajikan saat buka puasa. Salah satu yang begitu melekat dan wajib adalah gorengan, termasuk bakwan.

Membuat bakwan juga dapat dikreasikan dengan deretan bahan. Menu kriuk di luar dan lembut di dalam ini tentu akan bikin buka puasa dengan yang tercinta kian nikmat.

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 buah wortel brastagi (± 100gr)
  • 1 buah jagung manis (± 200gr)
  • 1/2 buah kol ukuran kecil (± 100gr)
  • 1 batang daun bawang
  • 15 sdm tepung bumbu
  • 15 sdm tepung terigu
  • ± 200 ml air dingin
  • Secukupnya garam/kaldu ayam/bumbu serbaguna


Langkah pembuatan:

  1. Cuci wortel, kupas, serut. Pipil jagung, tumbuk atau ulek kasar. Cuci kol, iris kasar. Iris daun bawang.
  2. Campur tepung bumbu dan tepung terigu dengan air dingin, aduk rata menggunakan whisk.
  3. Masukkan semua sayur. Goreng dengan api sedang sampai berwarna keemasan.
  4. Siap dihidangkan dengan cabai rawit atau sambal kacang.
